• 6 week program, plus one Sunday afternoon for 3 hours.
• By the end of the 6 week program participants will have developed a daily personal mindfulness practice (both formal and informal practices)

Cheryl is a long time mediator, experienced yoga instructor and registered social worker. She blends her clinical knowledge, self study and daily practice to provide you with skills to harness your inner resources. She has completed numerous MBSR courses and studied with Mindful Schools. She has attended silent retreats to deepen her understanding of herself and the practice. The deepest immersion was during a 10 day silent retreat which required meditating about 10 hours/day.
