This event is free to anyone that has completed the mindfulness course with me. It's an opportunity to meet together as a group to immerse in several mindful practices. For those who have not completed the program, the fee to participate is $56.50. Please note this is not a workshop with explanations. It is an experiential immersion in mindful meditation practices to enhance mindful living. Brief practice instruction will be given however dialogue and questions will not be discouraged participants during this event.
We will gather quietly (please refrain from speaking upon arrival). Once you come into the studio space you will be guided through 30 minute body scan followed by a 30 minute mindful breathing meditation. This will be followed by a 30 minute silent "break" where you are encouraged to take a silent mindful walk outside. We will gather again in the studio at 2:30 pm for another seated meditation of 45 minute duration with occasion instruction. A brief mindful eating snack break (silent / please bring a small snack). We will conclude with a Loving Kindness Meditation approximately 30 minutes in duration.
Upon completion of our time together you will be encouraged to leave quietly and mindfully.
This practice is open to others however there is a fee of $56.50 payable online at yogaglowstudio.com or via etransfer to email@example.com.
