• 8 week program, plus one Sunday afternoon for 4 hours.
• By the end of the 8 week program participants will have developed a daily personal mindfulness practice (both formal and informal practices)

Cheryl also offers in privacy of your home MBSR contact her for prices (travel costs vary depending upon location.) Group sessions fee is $550.00 per person for 3 -6 individuals. Time starts depending upon your group.
