So what is a Registered Massage Therapist? Well as an RMT, I have countless hours of study on the human body, covering subjects from the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system, to the digestive system and more. I have been trained in a multitude of techniques and assessments to gain a deep understanding of client's areas of need. I use Swedish massage, Deep Fascial techniques, Thermal pods and Hydrotherapy to treat the many different issues that people encounter on a day to day basis.
These issues include but are not limited to:
- Low back pain
- Neck Pain
- Head aches
- Sinus head aches and congestion
- TMJ (Jaw pain/clenching)
- Work injuries
- Sports injuries
- Repetitive strain injuries
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
- Golfers and Tennis Elbow
- Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA's)
- Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrome
Furthermore, I teach my clients how to manage these issues between visits, using hydrotherapy, safe stretches and exercise, posture awareness, and ergonomics.
I am available 6 days a week with morning, afternoon and evening appointments.
I direct bill for most extended health care plans! Please call your insurance provider to find out if they allow direct billing, what your coverage percentage is (100%, 90%, 80%, etc.), and if your plan has a deductible or co-pay amount.
